Founder profile
Meet Dr. Sinan Gocmen
Founder of Abundant Health Physical Medicine — Davenport’s regenerative medicine destination. Built around movement, recovery, and quality of life.
His story
Palmer College graduate. Clinician. Athlete. Advocate for regenerative, root-cause care.
Dr. Sinan’s career was born out of a personal crisis. A sudden illness left him bedridden for two weeks — until a friend, a chiropractor, gave him his first adjustment. “That night was the first time I felt hope.” He recovered, became a patient, and decided right then to dedicate his life to giving others that same turning point.
He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2013 and has evolved his practice ever since around one belief: the body has remarkable capacity to heal when you find the root cause and give it the right support. A former competitive CrossFit Games athlete, his athletic background informs every plan he designs — care should restore movement, performance, and quality of life, not just temporarily reduce pain.
As Clinic Director he personally meets every new patient for a deep-dive functional assessment, determines candidacy with radical honesty — if we can’t help you, we’ll tell you — and designs custom protocols combining SoftWave, spinal decompression, hyperbaric oxygen, and regenerative support.
